How to Make Your Own Business Cards
1. On Microsoft Word, type the information you want on your business card. See the example below:

2. Highlight your business card information. 3. Go to Edit on the Menu bar and select Copy. 4. Go to Tools on the Menu bar and scroll to Letters and Mailings. 5. Click on Envelopes and Labels. 6. Select labels. 7. On the right, select Options, scroll down and click on Business Card number: 5376. 8. Go to Edit on the Menu bar and select Paste. 9. Click in the window to adjust the spacing of your business card information, if necessary. 10.Select single label or full page of the same label. A full page is 10 business cards. (See example page.) 11.Insert Avery Business Card #5376 in the printer, and select Print, or use card stock and cut the cards individually.

How to Make Your Own Business Cards How to Add a Graphic to Your Business Card 12.To add a graphic to your business card, move the cursor to the place on your card information where you want to place the graphic. (In the example below, the graphic is under the name, Elena Salgado.) 13.Go to Insert on the Menu bar and select Picture and then Clip Art. 14.In the search text window, type the name for the picture you want to insert. For the example below, the name is: housecleaning. 15.Click on a picture you like. It will insert automatically. 16.To adjust the size, click on the picture and use the arrows to make it bigger or smaller. 17.To move the picture, click in front of the picture, and use the cursor to move it left or right. In the example below, the picture is centered under the name, Elena Salgado.
