From an Internet browser, go directly to the NuVox Communications “I’m a Customer” site by going to the URL http://support.nuvox.net. (The “I’m a Customer” site can also be accessed indirectly from the main NuVox Communication website; the link is found on the left-hand side of www.nuvox.com.) Once you are in the “I’m a Customer” site, click Manage My VoxIP Phone to login to the VoxIP Portal (as shown to the right). Enter your telephone number and the default password that was sent to you. Tab One: Call Logs
The Call Log tab is the default tab when you log on to the VoxIP Portal. It allows you to view your Missed, Dialed, and Received Calls. Each type of call shows the date/time, duration, status, and the telephone number of that call. If you have saved the number that is logged as a contact, the contact name will also be listed.

The Call Log screen looks like this:
You can use these logged calls to re-dial a given number by clicking on the white arrow in the grey circle to the right of each phone number. (If a user requires access codes to make calls, this will not be available.) When you hover over the arrow, you’ll see a red phone icon (shown here, to the right). The magnifying glass icon to the right of the contact will let you view the contact’s information. Hover over the icon (shown here, to the right) to display the contact. Click on the contact to view the full information that you have saved. If no information has been saved for a given number in your call log, clicking on the magnifying glass icon will allow you to “edit profile” and enter the contact information.

Tab Two: Call Treatments
Call Treatments allows you to select functions for your VoxIP phone. These features will affect how people will get in contact with you using your phone. Use the icons on the left of each call treatment heading to view and hide treatments. Only one call treatment will be active at a time.
VoxIP Portal User’s Guide Page 4 of 6
Call Treatments include: 6.1 – Normal Function Normal Function will cancel any call treatments to your phone. Select “Make Active” for Normal Function when you simply want calls to ring through with no special treatments. 6.2 – Find Me/Follow Me The Find Me/Follow Me feature allows you to automatically forward incoming calls to up to three different numbers. Find Me/Follow Me can ring the selected telephone numbers. “Ring in Order” rings the telephone numbers sequentially with a pre-set number of rings before it moves to the next one. If you want your office number included, you must specifically add it to the list). Setting Up Find Me/Follow Me Turn the Find Me/Follow Me feature on by selecting the order, phone numbers, and number of rings (if selecting “Ring in Order”), and then clicking “Make Active.” Note: If you are sending the calls to a cellular phone or home phone that is set to go to voice mail after a certain number of rings, you must take that into consideration when choosing the number of rings for your Find Me/Follow Me setting. If the rings on the Find Me/Follow Me are greater than the number of rings on the voice mail, then the call will go to voice mail at that number. If there is no answer at any of the numbers you select, the call will then return to your main number and go to voice mail. 6.3 – Forward All Calls This treatment will forward all of your calls to another number. 6.4 – Custom Call Treatment This treatment allows you to specify custom treatments for your phone. For example, you can create an "Out to Lunch" treatment that could forward all calls to your cell phone, or an "Out for the Day" treatment that could send all of your calls to your home. Use the green + icon to add a Call Treatment, and the red x icon to delete a Call Treatment. Custom Call Treatments that you enter here will also show up in your Quick Tools section (see 4.0). From there, you can easily select which treatment you want active.
