1. Can Haryana Domiciles candidates who have opted for other state at the time of AIEEE Exam. Claim the benefit for Haryana domiciles at this moment? Yes, the candidate has to get issued the Domicile Certificate from the concerned authority and has to click “Yes” in Haryana Domicile category at the time of registration and fill up the relevant data. Can a candidate take part in online counseling for admission in a course if his result is awaited or he is having compartment? Yes, such cases will be considered on clearance of compartment in the subsequent counseling. Please refer Clause 3 of Chapter 3 of Admission Brochure. Is there any provision of taking admission in a particular college against Minority Quota? Whether a separate form is required to be filled up for this? Minority institutions have minority quota which will be filled up at institutions level. Please refer clause (iii) of Chapter 5 of admission brochure and contact the institution concern. What is the chance of getting admission in a particular branch in a particular institute? The total institution-wise discipline-wise seats at a glance have been mentioned as appendix-F in admission brochure. This position will be known to you in mock Counseling as per schedule in admission brochure. Can a BC candidate of Haryana can apply for BC category during Counseling , if he has not opted for BC category during AIEEE Exam. Yes, any category not mentioned in AIEEE, but if candidate acquires the certificate can now apply in that category during registration. How Kashmiri Migrants can apply? One seat in each institution is reserved for Kashmiri Migrants as mentioned in clause 4 of Chapter 4. Some banks are not accepting Rs. 300 counseling fees? The candidate can deposit counseling fee of Rs. 300 in our bank account No. 0087000111213282 in any of the CBS Branch of Punjab National Bank up to the last date of registration of particular course i.e. BE/B.Tech/B. Arch up to 30.06.06, B. Pharmacy upto 07.07.06, BHM&CT up to 15.07.06, MCA up to 18.07.06, MBA up to 15.7.06, LEET up to 08.08.06.

Where we should send the registration form? You will be filling registration form Online only. No document is to be sent anywhere The candidates who have already registered can re-registered? If there is message that “ You have been successfully registered” then it is O.K. candidate should not try for the registration again. If candidate is registering for the first time and receives the messages that “Sorry you have already registered……………”? Please send the information by FAX as well as through e-mail to SCB Haryana, Chandigarh at the fax No. 0172-2703829,0172-2540338 and e-mail id scbharyana@hry.nic.in. Your registration will be activated properly within 2-3 days. Should we try to register first day. There is sufficient time given for registration. So, candidates should not rush for registration on 1st day because same will over burden the server of NIC.
