University of California, San Diego PRODUCTION CONTROL JOB: GRZ615 OFFICE: OGSR _______________________________________________________________________ PURPOSE: The purpose of GRZ615 is to print the Graduate Admission Regret letters. The selected population that is printed is determined by the Reference Number from the CM PLANRSLT screen in ISIS that is entered as a control parameter for the SCMX200 program in the GRZ615C1 parmlib member. JOB SETUP: USER: The Office of Graduate Studies and Research will be responsible for modifying the parameters in the appropriate parmlib members in SISP.PARMLIB. GRZ615C1 - For program SCMX200 - Communications print program OGSR will also be responsible for providing symbolic parameter LTRFORM value for the appropriate laser form to print the certificates. P042 prints Graduate Admission Regret Letters PRODUCTION CONTROL: Production Control must receive verification from OGSR that the parameter files are ready. STEP VERIFICATION: Not applicable. RESTART INSTRUCTIONS: GRZ615 is step restartable. If any step within the jobstream terminates abnormally, with a condition code greater than 00, the job can be restarted at that step once the errors have been resolved.
