ERRATUM: A COMPARISON OF MYOCARDIAL FUNCTION AFTER PRIMARY CARDIAC AND PRIMARY ASPHYXIAL CARDIAC ARREST
To the Editor: We regret the error in our article (1) in which Figure 4 was a duplication of Figure 3. The correct Figure 4 shows the effects of asphyxial or dysrhythmic cardiac arrest on post resuscitation dP/dt and left ventricular end diastolic pressure. ERRATUM: APPLICATION OF AN ALGORITHM FOR THE DIAGNOSIS OF ASTHMA IN CHINESE FAMILIES: LIMITATIONS AND ALTERNATIVES FOR THE PHENOTYPIC ASSESSMENT OF ASTHMA IN FAMILY-BASED GENETIC STUDIES
To the Editor: We wish to make a correction to our 2000 article (1). We incorrectly stated, “Data were collected by faculty members from Anhui Medical University and trained interviewers between July 1, 1994 and January 26, 1998.” Instead, this statement should read, “Subject enrollment started in February 1995, after obtaining local Chinese IRB approval. Brigham and Women’s Hospital IRB approval was received in September 1995.” We regret the inconvenience that this error has caused. ERRATUM: FAMILIAL AGGREGATION OF BRONCHODILATOR RESPONSE: A COMMUNITY-BASED STUDY
To the Editor: We wish to make a correction to our 2000 article (1). We incorrectly stated, “The survey was conducted between July 1, 1994 and January 26, 1998….” and “Informed consent was obtained from all study participants. This study was approved by the Institutional Review Boards of the Brigham and Women’s Hospital and the Harvard School of Public Health.” Instead, this statement should read, “Subject enrollment started in February 1995, after obtaining local Chinese IRB approval. Brigham and Women’s Hospital IRB approval was received in September 1995.” We regret the inconvenience that this error has caused. Figure 4. Significantly greater dP/dt40 and lower LVEDP were observed after resuscitation from asphyxial cardiac arrest (NMB-E) than that from dysrhythmic cardiac arrest (VF). Numbers in parentheses indicate the number of animals. Open triangles: VF; open squares: NMB-E. *p 0.05, †p 0.01 versus VF.

ERRATUM: FAMILIAL AGGREGATION OF PULMONARY FUNCTION IN A RURAL CHINESE COMMUNITY
To the Editor: We wish to make a correction to our 1999 article (1). We incorrectly stated, “The survey was conducted between July 1, 1994 and January 26, 1998….” Instead, this statement should read, “Subject enrollment started in February 1995, after obtaining local Chinese IRB approval.
