Buy this single station press with the industry standard AIM (Advanced Instrumentation
Monitor) system including:
• Windows based Proprietary Tablet Press
Software Module with Peak Force Meters,
Compactibility Profiles, Ejection Studies,
Compressed Density Calculations, Peak
Force Reports and Statistics
• Scale-up calculator for tablet presses and
• All reports and graphs in MS Excel format.
• 21CFR Part 11 compliance (if required)
• Experimental Design Subsystem complete
with response surface analysis,
publication quality contour, ternary and 3-
D plots, and on-line Tutorial for solid
dosage product and process optimization, complete with all designs, including Simplex
and Taguchi procedures

Thickness plots (to estimate elastic
recovery), and Strain vs. Stress plots.
with MCC Professional Computer, flat screen color monitor,
color printer, DVD-writer, and network connection for long
distance support, keyboard and pointing device, filtered fan,
push-button adjustable height, rated NEMA-12 (NEMA 4 or
4X optional). Alternative option - a wireless laptop.
between Transducers / Controls on the Instrumented
Equipment and Data Acquisition / Control System using the
802.11g standard in wireless communications. Instrumented
tablet press or mixer becomes a point of access, transmitting
sensor signals in real time on 2.4 GHz radio band at speeds
of up to 54 Mbps. The user computer (any wireless-enabled
computer, even a laptop or hand-held PC) can be typically
positioned up to 100-150 feet away from the equipment,
depending on construction, building materials and room
layout. Ideal for use in locations where space is limited, or
containment and cleaning issues are a concern. Data can
optionally be transmitted worldwide over the Internet.
All equipment is under a 1-year complete warranty.
