									THE VANISHING ELEPHANT
REHEARSAL SCHEDULE 5

May 5th – 18th
Rehearsals continue to go well and it’s gratifying to see people coming off script. We will be asking you to put away script from Monday May 5th onward. This will mean generally that scenes will feel like they are dipping as people struggle to remember, but its far better it happens sooner rather than later. The rehearsal calls are also getting more complex and larger so that it becomes increasingly difficult to call a rehearsal that suits everyone’s availability, however I am still trying to honour most people’s - this two week schedule took three days to complete in order to meet your needs as best as possible. We would ask that you continue to tell us before hand if you can’t make a rehearsal and make every effort to make them. An important note for children and parents – When you are called for a rehearsal please don’t leave the rehearsal until someone comes to collect you or we are aware of any pick up arrangements. We don’t want you waiting in the street. If you are unsure of pick up times or arrangements please speak with whoever is running the rehearsal.
