Who do I contact if I have a technical problem?
For all technical enquiries please email us with the details of your enquiry at ie-sales@ie.schneider-
electric.com. This will enable us to route your enquiry to the most applicable technical authority within
Schneider Electric. If you have a need to speak to somebody urgently please call our national support
line on 01-6012200.
How do I place express orders for your products?
Express orders need to be placed via Fax or telephone on 01-6012223 or telephone on 01-6012200 to
ensure that up to the minute stock availability information is available to process your order.
What is the deadline/ cut-off time for standard orders?
The deadline for standard orders placed by fax or telephone is 12.00 midday on the day the order is
placed.
Standard orders (2 days)
Standard orders offer a pre-agreed delivery to your premises (2 days for stocked items). Items ordered
to be included in these deliveries need to be placed by no later than 12.00pm on the day before the
scheduled delivery. To find out the delivery days please refer to your Schneider Electric Distributors
Agreement in the first instance or call 01-6012200 for assistance.
Can I arrange for my own carrier to collect products?
This service can only be permitted for emergency or breakdown replacement needs and as such is
limited to an order of up to 10 lines only. NB* Our nominated carriers which can come and collect
products on your behalf from Schneider Electric premises are; DHL.
Please note that at least 3 hours notice is required for collections arranged with these carriers to allow
for products to be appropriately processed and packaged.
Who do I contact if I have problems with an order when it arrives?
Schneider Electric have a Customer Care Centre that deal specifically with this area and the telephone
number is 01-6012200. This service operates during business hours Mon - Thurs from 08.30 to 17.00 &
Fri 08.30 to 16.15.
