SPECIFIC PROJECT

2. Proposed New Project

        (a)     Provide a clear statement of the needs/objectives of the proposed project (30
                words max).

        (b)     Show how the proposed project will meet the needs/objectives identified
                above (30 words max).

        (c)     Provide details of the impact of the proposed project on the campus as a
                whole including its effect on the Institution’s current Masterplan and the
                Institution’s space norms (30 words max and provide A4 outline campus plan
                showing proposed projects in relation to existing facilities (space survey) ).

3. Costs

        (a) Provide a preliminary assessment of the total estimated costs (i.e. construction
               cost, design team fees, loose furniture, equipment and other costs).

        (b)    Detail any additional recurrent costs associated with this
               project.

4. Programme

        (a) Show the indicative programme for the design and construction of this project
               (Complete template enclosed).

5. Risks

        (a) Identify the risks associated with the proposed project, the potential impact on the
                 proposed project of adverse circumstances and outline a strategy for dealing
                 with risks (30 words max).
