The University of Ljubljana (Office of International Relations) will try to help you find suitable accommodation for the period of your exchange in Ljubljana. There are two possibilities: private accommodation, student dormitories. However, no accommodation is guaranteed. Fill in the form electronically or with black ink in capitals. Student Organization of the University of Ljubljana will help you find a suitable room after your arrival to Ljubljana. For their information please tick the preferred type of accommodation: Private accommodation: single room (app. €200 or more per month) Private accommodation: double room (app. €150 or more per month) Private accommodation: a house for 4-5 students (app. €180 - €200 per month) Private accommodation: apartment (app. €200 - €300) * Price per person Approximate rent I’m prepared to pay: €/month. Arrival: Departure: Before your departure please book yourself a hostel for the first few nights. After the arrival, visit the International Office of the Student Organization (Kersnikova 4) and they will provide you with some addresses which you will visit and decide about taking the room or not. Note that all available accommodation is located within the public transportation zone. If you do not take the room, we are no longer responsible for finding you accommodation unless you have a good reason for refusing the offer.
STUDENT DORMITORY
Student dormitory - limited number of double bed rooms (app. €60 - €120) Rooms are given to students on “first come first serve” basis. The rooms are double, with bathroom and shared kitchen. The access to internet is available in almost all of the dormitories. Further instructions will be sent to you after the deadline by the Office of International Relations of University of Ljubljana.
