                            and Constitution as of September, 2006


1) ARTICLE 1 PARAGRAPH 1

       Reworded to further validate Ravenswood’s nonprofit status in accordance with
        Wisconsin State Statues under Chapter 181.


2) ARTICLE 3 Membership and Voting Rights

       Previously Article 4 “Membership”

3) ARTICLE 3 PARAGRAPH 3

       Reworded to include a reference to maintenance fees, and reinforcing one vote
        per property regardless of the number of owners.

4) ARTICLE 3 PARAGRAPH 4

       Expanded explanation of the acceptance of proxies
       Number of proxies are now limited to one (1) per attending member.

5) ARTICLE 3 PARAGRAPH 5

    Now Article 11 Paragraph 2 “Community Pier”

6) ARTICLE 4 Meeting and Notice

    Previously Article 4 “Meetings”

7) ARTICLE 4 PARAGRAPH 2

    Chapter 181 requires that “special meetings” receive a 30 day advance notice
     versus the 14 day notice on Annual Member Meetings.

8) ARTICLE 4 PARAGRAPH 5

    Added to clarify proper notification of meetings via US Mail, in person or by email
     (electronic mail).

9) ARTICLE 4 PARAGRAPH 6

    Added to protect the Secretary of the Ravenswood Organization should a
     homeowner fail to provide the necessary transfer of property information in time to

       change the mailing list prior to the distribution of the Annual Member Meeting
       Packet.


10) ARTICLE 5 Maintenance Fees and Special Assessments

    Previously “Maintenance Fees and Assessments”

11) ARTICLE 5 PARAGRAPH 1

    Expanded to include the purpose behind the annual maintenance fee.

12) ARTICLE 5 PARAGRAPH 5

    Increases the board’s discretionary spending authority from $1,000 to $3,500 per
     calendar year without having to call a special meeting.

13) ARTICLE 5 PARAGRAPH 7

    Replaces previous Paragraph’s 7, 8 and 9.
    Expanded to further define the terms of the board’s authority when members fail to
     remit the required annual maintenance fee.
    Includes the addition of a 10% penalty per month for any member who fails to remit
     the required annual maintenance fee within the allotted time. (This paragraph mirrors
     the actions of the Pier Association as stated in Article 6 Paragraph 4 of the
     Ravenswood Pier Association’s Constitution and By Laws).

14) ARTICLE 5 PARAGRAPH 8

    Replaces Paragraph 10 and 11 and simply restates the correct verbiage for both.

15) ARTICLE 6 PARAGRAPH 5

    Further defines the board’s authority when a vacancy occurs on the board and
     includes resignation as well as sale or transfer of property.

16) ARTICLE 7

    Includes only simple grammatical changes.


17) ARTICLE 8 (All paragraphs written within Article 8 are simply a restatement of the Delavan Township
Ordinances. Although they are endorsed by the Ravenswood Community Organization, they are enforceable
only by law).

   Includes a penalty for unauthorized parking in the Community Parking lot by the
    Lake.


19) ARTICLE 8 PARAGRAPH 5

      Further explains Ravenswood’s indemnification for members who chose to
       operate unauthorized vehicles within the sub division.

20) ARTICLE 11 PARAGRAPH 2

      Previously Article 3 Paragraph 5.
      Increases the Pier replacement key cost to $100 from $75 due to the anticipated
       security improvements.

21) ARTICLE 12 Miscellaneous

   Previously “Indemnity and Hold Harmless Clause”
   Revised accordingly as stated in Chapter 181 of the Wisconsin State Statutes.
