     Cancellation
     If notification of cancellation of space is received prior to 31 January 2010 the stand cost will be refunded less an administration
     charge of $100.00. After that date no refunds will be made.

     The Organising Committee reserved the right to cancel the exhibition in case of circumstances beyond their control. In such a case
     all monies paid to date will be refunded in full. The liability of the organisers will be limited to that amount.

     All prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars and exclusive of Goods and Service Tax (GST) of 12.5%.
