                                               Lyophilized samples are stable for twelve months from date of receipt when stored
                                               at -20° C to -70° C. Upon reconstitution, the antibody can be stored at 2° - 8° C for
                                               1 month without detectable loss of activity. Reconstituted antibody can also be
                                               aliquotted and stored frozen at -20° C to -70° C in a manual defrost freezer for
                                               six months without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

                                               Specificity
                                               When used as a detection antibody with MAB23251 in sandwich ELISAs, there was no
                                               cross-reactivity or interference with rhChemerin, rmCystatin C, or rmFetuin A.

                                               Application
                                               ELISA capture - This product can be used as a capture reagent in a mouse Chemerin
                                               sandwich immunoassay in combination with biotinylated mouse Chemerin detection
                                               antibody (Cat. # BAM2325) and recombinant mouse Chemerin (Cat. # 2325-CM) as the
                                               standard. The suggested coating concentration range is 2 - 8 μg/mL and should be
                                               titrated to determine the optimal concentration. A general protocol is provided at
