Thank you for booking with S-Trip! We expect to have an amazing time on this trip, but we need you to follow a few common sense rules in order to make it a safe and enjoyable time. Staff will be joining you on this trip, please respect them and obey their instructions at all times. Remember that all travelers are responsible for their own actions. You must sign and give this Letter of Conduct to a staff member when boarding the bus.
STAFF Tours are neither school-sanctioned nor chaperoned. S-Trip! staff accompany students on tour. Their instructions are for you own safety and must be obeyed at all times. Failure to obey the instructions of an S-Trip! staff can result in your dismissal from the tour. Neither S-Trip! nor its employees are responsible for passengers, or their actions, while traveling. Passengers should be aware that there may be different rules of law and/or living standards and conditions outside of their home province and Canada and conduct themselves accordingly. S-Trip! Shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, injury, or inconvenience resulting from different rules of law and/or living standards or any such changes and variations. BUS TRAVEL • Absolutely No alcohol or smoking permissible on the bus. • If damage occurs to the bus or shuttle buses during the tour, it will be paid for by those responsible. • Improper behavior that affects the safety or enjoyment of others may result in dismissal from the tour. HOTEL • • • • • Smoking or Consuming Alcohol in hotel common areas [hallways, elevators, lobby, etc.] is not permitted in the hotel. For your protection, glass containers are not permissible in hotel rooms and you are not permitted to open any balcony door. Exceeding the Maximum weight by overcrowding elevators is not permissible. It is unsafe and damage could occur. Overcrowding of rooms will not be tolerated. Please note that there are other guests in the hotel, keep the noise down to a respected level. If damage occurs to the property of the hotel, individuals involved in the act must immediately pay for damages. If not reported, the hotel has the right to hold the entire group responsible. Room occupants are responsible for their own room and damages. Your hotel has the right to hold your damage deposit and will hold the group responsible for common area damages [hallways, elevators, lobby, etc.] if the passenger responsible is not disclosed. When all damages are paid, your cash damage deposit will be returned to you.

IMPORTANT: The hotel and security has the right to evict you from the hotel. If this occurs, you are responsible for your return home at your own expense. S-Trip! Is not responsible for the actions of the hotel or security companies that are working at the hotel.
USE OR POSSESSION OF ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES • Possession or use of illegal substances will not be accepted! Police may be notified and you will be dealt with at their discretion should you choose to break the law. You may also be dismissed from the tour and you will be responsible for your own arrangements to travel home at your own expense. • The legal drinking age and the law vary by destination and venue. Carrying or consuming alcoholic beverages in public areas (e.g. hotel hallways, lobbies, buses etc) is forbidden and illegal. If you wish to consume alcoholic beverages, please act responsible. FIGHTING Fighting will not be tolerated. Anyone involved in fighting will be dismissed from the trip. By signing this form, you agree to act responsibly for your own safety and the safety of others on the tour. You acknowledge that in failing to abide by the above conditions or participating in any other misconduct; you may be dismissed from the tour. If so, you will be responsible for any associated costs and arrangements to return home. If you are dismissed from the tour and you are under the age of 18, S-Trip will make reasonable efforts to contact your parents or legal guardians. Parents and legal guardians may also be contacted for those over the age of 18. S-Trip assumes no responsibility for those dismissed from a tour and no refunds will be provided.
