									Importing Data from Surgeon’s Log V3 Access version into ASGBI/ISCP Surgeon’s Logbook
The ASGBI/ISCP Surgeon’s Logbook can be accessed from the ISCP website at www.iscp.ac.uk To upload your data to the ASGBI/ISCP Surgeon’s Logbook, you must first export your data from the Access version. To do this, first go into 'Utilities' from the 'Main Menu' and then 'Export all Tables'. Browse for a location that will be easy to find. The Surgeons Log V3 will export your data into 6 excel spreadsheets. Expop is your operation file Exproc your procedures file etc. If you have not already registered do so. Registration requires that you use your GMC number. Once you have registered you must select your hospitals of training and trainers in Favourites. ‘Favourites’ can be found in left hand menu frame. If your trainer is not listed please select ‘Other’ and email the administrator to request their addition. Next go to 'Uploads Downloads' found on the left hand menu frame Select 'Import from PC version' This will come up with a page that will allow you to browse for the tables you exported from V3.
