Following are the steps I recorded to do an e-mail attachment.
(It’s important to remember that the receiver must have the same program we have. Also, it’s possible that the file we are attaching has been done and saved prior to deciding to attach it.)
open e-mail go to start-programs-windows NT explorer-click on this expand D drive expand F drive find file to attach (not open, find) +users-click; +my name-click double click on SDS and folder icon is open and projects open in right hand window 7. scroll up (if needed) to see D drive 8. click on SBS word/hold/pull to D drive and when on top and highlighted/let go 9. double click on D drive and folders should spear I right hand side 10. now file is on a hard drive so we can attach it 11. hold ALT and hit F4---this closes windows 12. back to e-mail 13. new message-fill out 14. click on paper clip 15. go to drive with document 16. highlight SDS 17. click on insert 18. now W icon is in message 19. click send 20. to open, click on icon in message box
