                                    Recycling Requirements




Agencies wishing to opt out of the recycling portion of Lamp and Lamp Ballast contract # SP-07-
0399 may do so by submitting a letter certifying that they are in compliance with the
requirements for universal waste management found in APC&EC Regulation No. 23 Section
273. This letter of Certification must include documentation from a recycling facility with
the number of Lamps and Lamp Ballast sent annually for recycling. . Letters of Certification
