MEASURING COMPANY PERFORMANCE USING BALANCED
SCORECARD CASE STUDY ON PT. TELEKOMUNIKASI

Performance is a successful dimension of every business company. Various measuring
techniques have been developed in purpose to give a more accurate description of a business.
Balanced scorecard is one of the meas uring techniques based on four perspectives, i.e.,
financial, customer, int ernal business process, and growt h and learning perspective. This
research focused in measuring the performanc e of PT. Telek omunik asi Selular using balanced
scorecard. The research show generally that in 2005 the company had a good performance
and underwent a rise compare to the year 2003.
