SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE

I have worked in the IT field for many years in different capacities (Desktop Technician, Systems Engineer,
Network Engineer, Project Lead, Supervisor/Manager, Pre-sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Product
Specialist, and Technology Trainer).

I consider myself to be a team player, and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done in an efficient
and well planned manor. I learn quickly and adjust to various working environments.

                        Install, migrate, and document process for library automation software upgrade.
                        Created VMWare test lab to run upgrade scenarios, and for troubleshooting client
                        migrations. Duties required knowledge of Microsoft SQL 2000, 2005, Mysql, and
                        MSDE running on Netware 6.5, Windows 2003, and Apach Tiger OS X with
                        Apache Tomcat. This position involved prescreening the client via phone and
                        performing the upgrade via WebEx. Created training material to facilitate the

                        Recommend, designed and support Review Video’s Network and Server
                        infrastructure to support integrated Video and Voice over IP. Installed EMC SAN

                         PartnerNet service, Acted as business development representative for the McAfee

                         role and product expert, wrote proposals and answered RFPs and RFIs, was
