Filing Your Income Tax Return
Canada Revenue Agency requires that the Province of British Columbia provide a T5007 tax slip to all persons who received more than $500 from BC Employment and Assistance during 2007. Child care providers do not receive a T5007. The T5007 should be filed with your income tax return. The slip looks like this:

The T5007s will be mailed out by February 22, 2008. If you have any questions about your T5007, please call the Ministry of Employment and Income Assistance at: Toll-Free: 1 877 815-2363 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday Please note that the Ministry of Employment and Income Assistance can not provide duplicate T5007 tax slips.
