Patron Verification & Cleanup
Run the PAT: List Users report and sort on
    library/grade/name or library/room/name.
Benefits:
1) You’ll see how homeroom data is entered (for
    running barcode reports or notices).
2) You’ll be able to identify students who may have
    withdrawn but were not expired.
    - example: A handful of students in a homeroom
are in a different grade or there are only 3 students
    in a given homeroom.
PAT: List Users
Run the PAT: List Users report.
On the Users Option tab, change Active status
to both. On the User Selection tab, enter
  expiry date <tomorrow’s date.
PAT: List Users
Benefits:
1) If you have no expired users and are a DASL
school, LNOCA may have to ‘turn on’ the
    expiry functionality.
2) If you have expired users, LNOCA can batch
delete them. Those with open transactions
will be identified for manual resolution by
    library staff.
PAT: List Users
If you run the PAT: List Users report in
spreadsheet format, you’ll be able to
select the fields you wish to display
(name, barcode, alt ID, expiry date,
etc.), then sort every which way. Errors
are usually at the beginning or end of a
  sort.
