                   Community Health Partnership of Illinois (CHP), a non‐profit organization that 
                   provides primary health care to migrant farmworkers throughout northern and 
                   central Illinois, is seeking a Dental Assistant who is looking for an opportunity to 
                   make a difference in the health of a community in need.  


                    Dentist –Mendota Dental Clinic:
 
CHP has an opening for a part‐time Dentist at our health center in Mendota, IL. We are 
seeking applicants to provide dental services consistent with the Illinois Dental Practice 
Act. The ideal candidate will be kind, energetic, reliable, and enjoy working with 
children.  Must be flexible and willing to work in a team approach to patient‐centered 
care.  

Minimum qualifications include: 
    •   Experience preferred but will train the right individual.  
    •   Bilingual (Spanish‐English) skills required.  
    •   Certification in expanded duties a plus.
