1990 - Bonds Project 1 & 2 Water The Golden Valley County Improvement District #1
1991 Paid formation. The District covers 40 square miles which
includes over 5,000 parcels of land. The project involved the
construction of two major wells and two large storage tanks.
1991 Bonds Zone C1 Waterlines The Golden Valley Zone C1 water line project. This project
Paid included the installation of waterlines on the one mile section
lines within Zone C1.
1992 Bonds Eloy & Stewart The Eloy Road and Stewart Mountain Road Waterline
Paid Mountain Waterlines Project. This project involved the installation of waterlines on
Eloy Road and Stewart Mountain Road between Chino
Drive and Burro Drive.
1992 Bonds Butler ID #1 The Butler Improvement District #1 Paving Project.
Paid Paving Approximately 22.3 miles of roads were paved in this project.
1993 Bonds Egar & Estrella The Egar Road and Estrella Road Improvement District. This
Paid Paving project included the paving of Egar Road and Estrella Road
from State Highway 68 to Shinarump Drive. Approximately
9.5 miles of roadway was paved.
1993 Bonds Cerbat Ranch The Cerbat Ranch Road Improvement District. This project
Paid Paving involved the paving of Cactus Wren Road from Stockton Hill
Road to Cherum Drive.
1994 Bonds Butler ID #2 The Butler Road Improvement District #2. Approximately 10
Paid Paving miles of streets were paved in this project.
1994 Bonds Zone B & D Waterlines The Golden Valley Zone B and Zone D Waterline Extension
Paid Projects. Waterlines were installed on each one mile section
line in Zone B and Zone D along with seventeen, half mile
waterlines.
1994 Bonds Rancho Verde The Rancho Verde Road Improvement District. This project
Paid Paving involved the paving of roads in Rancho Verde.
1995 Bonds Phase II The Golden Valley Phase II Waterline Project. Waterlines
Paid Waterlines were installed on twenty one, half mile streets.
1996 Bonds Rainbow Acres Paving The Rainbow Acres Road Improvement District. This project
Paid involved the paving of roads within Rainbow Acres.
1997 Bonds Phase III The Golden Valley Phase III Waterline Project. Waterlines
Paid Waterlines were installed on sixteen, half mile streets.
2000 Horizon 6 The Horizon 6 Road Improvement District. This paving
Paving project included paving of roads within Horizon 6, which is
located south of Lake Havasu City.
2001 Phase IV The Golden Valley Phase IV Waterline Project. Waterlines
Waterlines were installed on twelve, half mile streets.
001 Scenic ID The Scenic Improvement District Road and Bridge Project,
Paving & Bridge located in the upper Arizona Strip area. This project included
a 485 foot bridge across the Virgin River and paved
approximately 10.5 miles of road.

Notices and Scheduled Improvements
The Golden Valley Improvement District's Consumer Confidence Report for 2006, required by
Federal Regulations, is available to the public at the Mohave County Board of Supervisor's office,
Supervisor Buster Johnson's Office, GVID #1 District office, the Mohave County Public Works office
and on the following webpage http://www.co.mohave.az.us/ContentPage.aspx?id=128&cid=205. This
report shows the testing results of the water in GVID #1 for 2006.
New Phase V Waterline Project will be starting in the Golden Valley Improvement District. It will
consist of approximately 37 miles of new waterlines. The project should start sometime in 2008 and
be completed in 2010.
There are usually several petitions being circulated by property owners for paving, water and
sanitary project. For information on the status of these petitions contact:
