The extent to which reasons for rejection are provided by creditors and their agents when rejecting “IVA Protocol compliant IVAs”. 4. The extent to which creditors are submitting claims after 4 months of the meeting and the reasons given for the late submission. 5. The extent to which creditors are rejecting income and expenditure “calculations” arrived at using CCCS guidelines and the CFS in relation to “IVA Protocol compliant IVAs”. 6. The extent to which practitioners are using the IVA Protocol appropriately.
