As per your request, the LSO General Research Staff investigated the history and status of the Deer Creek Dam and Reservoir Project. The Wyoming Water Development Commission provided a comprehensive report relating to the Deer Creek Dam and Reservoir Project (Attachment A) and our division located three Wyoming Statutes (Attachments B, C, and D) and recent Water Development Commission Reports (Attachments E and F) that shed light upon the evolution of the project. We have attached these documents to this memo and feel that they will adequately address your questions relating to the development of the Deer Creek Dam and Reservoir Project throughout the last twenty years.
