							Ways You Can Help Trinity Earn Extra Money

Each year, the Parents’ Association (PA) donates monies raised through fundraising activities to help support
Trinity Episcopal School and its staff. The activities listed below are easy ways our community can help to
raise these funds throughout the year. If you have questions, please contact Pam Johnson

              Spirit Shack
              The Spirit Shack sells new clothing items such as T-shirts and sweatshirts that can be worn on
              Spirit Shirt Mondays. Other spirit items include magnets, school calendars, bags and more!



               Clothes Closet
               The Clothes Closet sells gently-used uniform items for $5 each. The Closet is open on the
               second Wednesday of each month and is stocked by Trinity families that donate outgrown
               uniform clothing both throughout the year and on NUTS (No Uniform at Trinity School)
               Days.

               Book Fair
               The PA sponsors two Book Fairs annually in the fall and spring. Support your readers while
               helping earn money for Trinity.



                         Harris Teeter VIC Card
                         Link or re-link your Harris Teeter VIC account to Trinity Episcopal School, code
                         #3989, each year on or after August 1. Linking your VIC card earns Trinity at least
                         two percent of your Harris Teeter-brand (Harris Teeter, Premier Selection, H.T.
Traders, Hunter Farms, Highland Crest and More Value) purchases. This amount will be doubled during the
month of August. If you have any problems finding your VIC number, please call Customer Relations at 800-
432-6111. You may also register online by visiting the VIC card web site.


                       Box Tops for Education
                       This program offers three ways to earn money for Trinity: 1) Clip box tops from some
                       of your favorite General Mills products and send them to school – each box top coupon
                       CLIPART is worth 10 cents (a collection box may be found in Founders’ Lobby); 2)
                       Shop online and you can earn up to eight percent on each qualifying purchase through
the Box Top Marketplace; 3) Charge with your Box Top Visa card and a full one percent of each purchase
goes to Trinity. Visit their Web site to register.

              Collecting Ink Cartridges
              Help Trinity earn money and be green by collecting used ink cartridges that Cartridge World
              will reuse and recycle. A collection box is located in Founders’ Lobby. Visit Cartridge World’s
              Web site for more information.


                     Office Depot
                     Through the “Five Percent Back to Schools Program,” Office Depot will give Trinity
                     five percent back on qualifying purchases in the form of free school supplies. This
                     includes both store purchases and online orders. Designate Trinity (code: 70113441)
                     when checking out. For more details, visit the program’s Web site.
                 Target
                 Target’s “Take Charge for Education” program earns Trinity one percent of purchases
                 made with your Target card (click here to register). This includes both store purchases and
                 online orders. Link to Trinity’s code: 119088.



                    Land’s End Rebate Program
                    Land’s End donates three percent of net sales of Land’s End School Uniform products
                    back to Trinity when our preferred school code (9000-7031-9) is used when placing
                    orders via the catalog or online.




                                Educational Outfitters Rebate Program
                                Locally-owned Educational Outfitters, located at 624 Tyvola Road (across the
                                parking lot from Costco), donates three percent of net sales of Trinity school
uniform products back to Trinity. They will also do a summer exchange on clothes purchased in June or July
if your child goes up a size by September.

                          Hawthorne’s Pizza
                          Trinity receives $3 for every 16-inch pizza and $2 for every eight-inch pizza and all
pasta dishes when Trinity Episcopal coupons are used at any of Hawthorne’s 3 locations: Elizabeth - 1701 E.
7th St., South Charlotte – 4100 Carmel Rd., and Highland Creek – 5814 Prosperity Church Rd. Check out the

                        Sally Foster
                        Sally Foster is known for its premium gift wrap and gift selection. By shopping the
