Our client in Folsom, CA, a leading electronics/semiconductor corporation, is looking for an experienced professional for the following: Senior Lead Quality Assurance Analyst Project Description: Implement single, off-the-shelf enterprise identity and access management solution Daily Responsibilities: As a Senior Lead Software Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for leading and contributing to software quality assurance and control activities. Specific areas of focus include being responsible for: Testing activities of one or more projects or programs from early engagement to project completion (aka write/execute test cases as part of functional, QA, performance/stress testing, Day 1 testing, SP regression testing) Developing, tracking the completion of all test tasks, peer reviews and approvals (assigned/tracked in the Gantt)

Necessary Skills (Must Have):  Strong understanding of SDLC-concepts and have a good understanding of all phases/types of software quality testing (aka Functional, QA, Performance/Stress, Day 1, etc.)          Have demonstrated experience (2+ years) in: Leading Testing efforts including the development of test strategies, software test plans, defect management methodologies and test execution management The design, implementation and execution of verification and validating testing Stress/performance testing Automated test practices and tools

Ability to prioritize, and organize/balance workloads to complete multiple, simultaneous tasks both for self and others Excellent analysis/problem solving skills, negotiation/influence skills and general knowledge of change control management processes required Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation and self-management Able to work in dynamic test / team environment Excellent communication skills (verbal, written); be comfortable summarizing/presenting data to various audiences

It is important that the candidate have QA experience in:  Project Management - Performed test risk analysis, created test strategy/plan, coordinated scheduling and management of resources to execute plan, completed weekly communication/status on progress, issues, risks, etc. Can define scope/complexity/risk of new items, define schedule impacts and options to maintain delivery data as well re-prioritized work when needed  Product Quality - Experience defining "quality" of a complex product at release. Can communicate approach to how defined, measured and demonstrated  Test / Data Validation - Experience in all aspects of test and data validation including stress, performance and automated test and using industry test tools; Must have experience diagnosing/resolving test issues and/or can guide team through analysis of issues  Analytical/Problem Solving Skills  Team Player - Willing to lead team as well as execute test cases as needed and must be comfortable managing adversity and/or working through ambiguous situations Additional Skills Desired: CSTE certification desirable Knowledge/experience testing with Oracle Identity Management software helpful
