This gives the renowned firms the opportunity to present their solutions, technology, plants, equipment and services, in a professional and businesslike manner. This presentation is meant, first of all, to the participants of the Conference, but on April 27 it will be made available to other interested professionals and institutions of the city of Dubrovnik and the wider coastal region and islands, that do not participate in the Conference, but will be informed and invited. CONTENTS: 1.0.GENERAL CONDITIONS 2.0.FORMS OF PRESENTATION 3.0.FEES 4.0.REGISTRATION 5.0.HOTEL ACCOMMODATION ENCLOSURES - SPONSORSHIP CRITERIA - 1st NOTICE ON CONFERENCE (www.hdzv.hr) 1.0 1.1. GENERAL CONDITIONS Participation in professional-commercial presentation is open to all firms and institutions from Croatia and abroad, their activity being in line with the subject of the Conference. The subject of presentation may be from the field of research, experience and manufacturing knowledge, and demonstration of new technologies. The organizer has provided indoor and outdoor (for robust exhibits) presentation space. Indoor space is situated in a separated part of the main Conference session hall. Because of limited space, the priority will be given to Conference sponsors, collective members of CWPCS, and to participants exhibiting products. The remaining space will be allocated on the basis of registration and contracts until complete space is booked. To cover a part of the Conference costs, the participants in professional-commercial presentation shall pay a certain amount corresponding to prices of selected forms of presentation and the size of space used. The participant in the presentation shall by himself arrange the allocated exhibition space at the latest by 10 a.m. on April 25, with regard to the protocolar opening of the exhibition. The exhibition shall be open for visitors until April 27 at 2 p.m. and removed by the end of the day. The representatives of the participants in the presentation may use hotel accommodation at favourable prices under the same conditions as provided by the organizer for the participants of the Conference, until the capacities are fully booked up. The possible choice of hotels is indicated in 1st notice. One representative of the participant in the presentation shall pay the participation fee according to the conditions in 1st notice (except sponsors), and shall enjoy all rights as a participant in the Conference. Other members of the presentation team pay reduced fee as accompanying persons, if they use hotel accommodation according to conditions mentioned in 1.7. The organizer shall provide power connection and other requirements, according to the representative’s choice, as described in the registration form. All promoting material for the Miscellany with preparations for printing shall be provided by the participant, including CD-ROM, and delivered to the organizer by the agreed date. 1.2. 1.3. 1.4. 1.5. 1.6. 1.7. 1.8. 1.9 1.10.
