Presentations On Wednesday, 19th of July, the first part of the day will be devoted to participant presentations which mean that you will have to do some home-work before coming to Latvia! Take it easy, the main idea is not to evaluate and give points, but to learn! The topic of the presentation: “The successful example of environmental problem solution in my neighbourhood”. About 10 min long. In English. Example can be from your country, town, village… Individual or group presentation (if there are other people from your country/university, you can present in a group. Or you can do it on your own – the choice is yours). You can use PowerPoint, pictures, maps – everything that can support your presentation (just let us know in advance what kind of technical equipment you need).

The idea of these presentations is to share your knowledge with other students and to give them an insight in your country and its environment. What is a problem in one country might be a normal situation in another country. Moreover, what is solution in one case might not work everywhere. Imagine that there will be many people coming from different countries, so you will have a great opportunity to learn a lot from each other!
