INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORAL PRESENTATION ON A PEACEMAKER You will prepare a 15 minute oral presentation on a peacemaker or peace group in the book entitled To Construct Peace by Michael True. The presentation should include: 1. A very brief history of person or group 2. Answer to the question: What special truths or insights did person (or group) use in pursuit of peace? 3. Answer to the question: How did the special truths or insights motivate and direct person (or group) to constructive efforts? 4. Answer to question: What were person's (or group's) main contributions to progress toward peace? After presenting your report, you should be prepared to lead a discussion to compare and contrast the truths and insights of the person or group you chose with the truths and insights of other peacemakers presented by other students. This discussion could also expand to discussing your own ideas about how to achieve peace as compared with the truths and insights of others.
