Biography of Timothy Kennell Timothy (Tim) Kennell is currently the Cumberland County Supervisor representing the 2nd District. Tim spent 2 years as a wholesale parts distributor for MOPAR, a Chrysler subsidiary, before moving to Bridgestone – Firestone on 1980. He is currently employed there and enjoys a top 10 status of over 2,300 corporate stores in North America. His position as a managing partner involves him with hiring, training and organizing service teams throughout the state of Virginia. He was most recently inducted into the 2006 and 2007 “Who’s Who in American Business Management”. Tim has been active in the community serving as state co-chairperson for a Virginia Jaycees project, president of the Bon Air Midlothian – Manchester Lions Club and is currently serving on the Bridgestone – Firestone and J. Sergeant Reynolds Automotive Technician Board. Tim intends to use his extensive business and community skills to balance future growth and prosperity in Cumberland while protecting the rural character of the County. Tim, a native Virginian, and his wife Debbie have resided in the second district of the County since 1989. They have 2 children, Chris and Sarah, and 2 grandchildren, Zara and Ryan.
