                                         Harvey
                                         Joni Harvey, an Oliver Wight principal, has experience in leading Class A MRP II implementation
                                         efforts as well as functional reorganization to optimize integration and performance. She has
                                         spent the majority of her 25-year career working in operations management for biotechnology
                                         and pharmaceutical companies. She served as Vice President of Technical Operations and as Vice
                                         President of Quality Assurance for Amylin Pharmaceuticals Inc, a developer of novel therapies for
                                         metabolic diseases. Joni also served as Vice President of Operations for Alliance Pharmaceutical
                                         Corporation, where she oversaw its technical operations, and Molecular Biosystems, Inc. Prior to
                                         that, she held manufacturing and quality management positions at Baxter Hyland Division.


                                         Joni was exposed to Oliver Wight and its business process improvement methodology while at
                                         Molecular Biosystems, Inc. where she implemented Class A business processes based on the
                                         standards of the Oliver Wight ABCD Checklist. Over her career, she has been responsible for
                                         implementing the technical aspects of pharmaceutical manufacturing and new product
                                         development from late stage development to commercial manufacturing. Joni has led business
                                         process implementations of Enterprise Resource Planning, strategic planning, and continuous
                                         improvement initiatives. Her clients include Zenith Goldline, a division of IVAX, and CTS
                                         Corporation where she has provided consulting on manufacturing operations and sales and
                                         operations planning.


                                         Joni received her B.S. in microbiology with a chemistry minor from California State
                                         University/Long Beach and has participated in process improvement and leadership training
                                         programs.
