VWR International Custom Product Ordering Tutorial This document is a user guide for ordering Oligonucleotides through vwr.com. Oligos ordering on VWR.COM uses a Wizard to guide you through the order process.
The ordering process consist of five steps: Step 1 - Select a Supplier
Please select the supplier from which you wish to purchase your Oligo. The Supplier names are provided on Page 1 (this step is REQUIRED). Once the selection is made “click “ . The Oligos Selection page is next.

Step 2 – Choose a Product - Select the type of Oligo you wish to order.
Select the type of Oligos, you wish to order. Your choices are provided on Page 2 (this step is REQUIRED). In the example above, you would be able to select from: Custom Real Time PCR Probes 1. Dual-Labeled Probe 2. Molecular Beacons Custom Oligos 1. DNA 2. RNA 3. Modified DNA 4. Antisense Oligos Once your selection is made “click “ . Step 3 – Configure your Product Custom Real Time PCR Probes

Enter Product Name [REQUIRED] (Maximum length of character field is 18.) Enter Sequence [REQUIRED] (Valid String Characters: A, G, T, C, U, M, R, W, S, Y, K, V, H, D, B and N)
(Maximum Length of 180 characters)
Select Custom Real Time PCR Probe type; use the Drop-down menu to make your choice. [REQUIRED] Select Synthesis Scale; use the Drop-down menu to make your choice. [REQUIRED] Select Modification; use the Drop-down menu to make your choice. [REQUIRED] Select Purification; use the Drop-down menu to make your choice. [OPTIONAL] Please utilize the Notes box to provide Special Instructions and Other Modifications. [OPTIONAL] If a new selection is chosen on a component, validation will occur dependent upon the outcome of the choice and if any of the remaining components do not fall within the possible valid combinations, you will need to make new choices. Example: Customer selected a Molecular Beacon with a scale of 200nmols. The modification selected was 5’ TEXAS RED™ +3’ DABCYL -During the editing process they changed the scale to 1000 nmol. The modification originally chosen is no longer valid as it is not offered on the new scale. Customer must reselect an appropriate modification for the new scale selected. Step 5 – Place the Oligos order in your VWR shopping basket
Be sure you are logged into vwr.com Click , to add your oligos order to your shopping basket. Modifying your Oligo, that is already in the Shopping Basket. 1. click on it. This will take you to review screen. Hit “Back” (at the top of the page) 2. Make changes, Click to the review page. Add to the shopping basket. 3.
