Balancing the Budget: FY 2009-10
$27.8 Billion in Total Spending
Approximately $4.8 Billion in reserve funds and stimulus dollars were needed to balance this year’s budget. The vast majority of these monies will not be available over the next two years, leaving a funding hole in the 2010-11 budget and a significant hole 2011-12.
