Allcargo commences Third Party Logistics (3PL) Division
Allcargo has added value to supply chain logistics by offering customers Third Party Logistics
(3PL) solutions. Customers can now benefit from an integrated network of warehouses that will
seamlessly connect cargo from the warehouse to ICD/CFS to the closest gateway port. The
commencement of its 3PL division enables Allcargo to offer full service end-to-end-logistics
service package comprising in-house expertise and facilities for freight forwarding, customs
clearance, transport, warehousing and distribution services. With warehouses in Mumbai
(Bhiwandi) and Goa (Verna) already operational and plans afoot for facilities in Indore,
Hyderabad, Nagpur and Bangalore, Allcargo is on an aggressive expansion mode. The 3PL
division has invested in state-of-the-art infrastructure, equipment and software platforms to
ensure efficiency, accuracy and speed.
This complete set of warehouses across the country will definitely boost the LCL business, which
is major product.
The fully occupied warehouses in Mumbai and Goa measure 45,000 sq ft and 55,000 sq ft.
respectively and store consumer durables and high value commodities. These warehouses have
expertise in handling finished goods; aftermarket spares logistics and raw materials management,
and offer critical support services like assembly line feeding.
