  Dear Parents/Guardians,

  RE: DANCE PERFORMANCE AT SREE NARAYANA MISSION HOME

  The Modern and Chinese Dance graoups are collaborating to conduct a Community Involvement Project
  with the Sree Narayana Mission Home. The aims are to increase performance exposure for pupils, build
  pupils’ confidence level and to provide opportunity for pupils to offer a service to the community.

  The two groups will be performing for the old folks in the Home. As part of the project, the pupils are
  required to play some games with the old folks and help do some light cleaning at the Home. The details of
  the trip are as follows:

       Day/Date         : Monday, 3rd November 2008 (CCA day)
       Venue            : Sree Narayana Mission Home
       Time             : 2.30 p.m. to 4 p.m.

  Pupils will meet at 12.45 p.m. in the music room to change into their costumes and for attendance taking.
  They will be then given time for lunch and to put on their make-up. They will need to bring a small bag
  with healthy snacks and water bottle. As part of the dance attire, pupils need to tie their hair in one ponytail
  for the performance. The type of costumes to be worn would be informed closer to the performance date.

  In preparation for the performance, pupils are expected to attend all remaining CCA sessions. Please return
  the acknowledgement slip by 26 September 2008 (Friday) to allow us to facilitate the arrangement for
  transport purposes.
