    Welcome the customer personally and warmly, handle the arrival and departure procedures
    Respond to various customer demands
    Handle invoicing and payment and abide by the brand’s commercial offers
    Carry out the day’s opening and closing operations
    Depending on the structure set up the breakfast and clean common areas
    Write a report of the night’s activities and incidents and leave instructions for the day team
