User Guide
Logging On
The enable java box should be unchecked if you are using a dial up connection or do not have java setting downloaded to your computer.
Logging On
Click on the “click here” screen to access the system.
Navigating the System
Navigate around the system using the left hand menu bar
If you need help at anytime, click on to the question mark. This provides a summary of what the page is showing
Running Reports
Each report selected takes you into a search screen, where you can select the information you are looking for
All reports will give you the option of selecting an invoice date to view your call data for. To view all available data leave the month field blank and click search now. To view multiple months, Use the “Ctrl” keyboard Button
Looking for more Detail
The ability to “drill down” further into reports is indicated by underlined writing in blue. Simply click on the relevant link to display more information.
Management Reports: Most frequently called numbers
This report is accessed through selecting Most Frequently Called Numbers from the Management Reports folder
Results will be shown in ascending order with the cost of the calls shown in the Sum Retail Cost column
Management Reports: Most Expensive Calls
This report is found in the Management Reports folder
Your results be listed like this, with the most expensive at the top working to the least at the bottom
Management Reports: Longest Duration Calls
The report can be run be clicking into the Longest Calls Duration ink from the menu
The results will show the called number, calling number and the duration in a table
Management Reports: Out of Hours
This report will show any calls made outsid normal working hours (Working hours are between 9.00am and 5.30pm)
To run this report open the Management Reports folder in the menu
Management Reports:Detailed Billed Calls
This report allows you to look at any number on your account on an individual basis
Management Reports: Mobile Bill by User
If you have mobile user names set up on your account, you can search in this way instead of by numbers
Unbilled Calls Reports
The Unbilled Calls Report folder allows you to run reports on calls for the coming month- you will have the same selection as the Management Reports folder

Invoice PDFs
To view an invoice click into Invoice PDFs from the menu
This will show all your previous invoices. To view an invoice in more detail click into the hyper-link
