Entry Criteria: Symbol Mark. Design to be produced on a sheet of A4 size (210mmx297mm) The design should contain both “The Confederation of Asian Advertising Agency Associations (CAAAA)”. The adopted Symbol Mark will be used only in plane (on a flat surface).
Entry Fees: Free of charge. However, production and transmission costs for entries will be on a self-funded basis.

Entry Regulations: • Entered work has to be original, unpublished and not similar to existing symbol marks and designs. • • There is no limitation on the number of entries from one person. There is no limitation on the number of colors or design elements, but the design should be usable in large and small sizes and also in black and white. • The language used is English. Design to be submitted on A4 size (210mm×297mm) white paper. The design should be of discernable size. • All entries MUST be sent on a PC compatible CD-ROM. Please name all files as the title of the entry and include all files for all your entries on one CD-ROM. • The work may be made by Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. All the entries have to be sent in digital data – PDF file. • Each entry must include a brief summary of the concept behind the design
Terms & Conditions : • All rights, especially copyright on the Symbol Mark, shall be the property of the CAAAA. The adopted Symbol Mark will be used for CAAAA publicity: various publications, home pages, etc. • After the Second Screening, the best work nominated will be checked for trademark conflict and may be amended. • If it is found that the best work violates intellectual ownership or property rights, the applicant will lose his rights and those responsible for the entry shall take responsibility for the violation of these rights. • Personal information obtained will be strictly for the CAAAA Symbol Mark competition and will not be used for other purposes. • All entries will be retained.
Award Ceremony: The Award Ceremony will be held at the CAAAA General meeting which takes place on October 21st, 2007 in Jeju Island, Korea.
Grand Prize CAAAA Nomination Prize

US$ 1,000 US$ 300
The best works sent to the CAAAA Secretariat by each association will be automatically awarded a CAAAA Nomination Prize. Among these, the best of the works will be awarded the Grand Prize and adopted as the CAAAA Symbol Mark.
