                                                                                         30% off the purchase price of equipment used
                                                                                         for recycling, reusing or reducing solid waste for
                                                                                         commercial purposes.
                                                                                         Credits may be carried over a maximum of three
                                                                                         consecutive years following the taxable year in
                                                                                         which the credits are accrued.
