  Global Retail Communications Expert - Nick Hoadley - Appointed to New Role,
               Managing Director, G2 Promotional Marketing, Chicago


New York, NY (May 29th, 2007). G2 Worldwide, Grey Global Group’s network of
specialized marketing services in direct marketing, branding and design, interactive,
promotional, trade and shopper marketing, announced today the appointment of Nick
Hoadley as Managing Director for G2 Promotional Marketing, Chicago.


In this role Hoadley is charged with driving the development of the agency’s Chicago-
based center of excellence for Shopper Marketing in North America, and will work
closely with Jonathan Dodd, global Director of Strategy and Retail Communications,
appointed to spearhead this practice area late last year.


G2 Worldwide’s global Chairman & CEO, Joe Celia, said, “Nick’s global expertise in
Shopper Marketing and track record in the development of G2’s retail communications
capability across Europe is exceptional. As retail transforms into a true branding vehicle
Nick’s unique experience will be invaluable to the US marketplace as our clients are

Most recently Hoadley was based in London leading G2’s retail communications practice
in Europe, Middle East and Asia where he partnered with a range of leading global
brands including Procter & Gamble to develop their retail communications in this market.
Prior to joining G2 in July 2005, Hoadley was at the Triangle Group, a UK- based sales
promotion agency, for 13 years. He became MD in 1999 and Triangle received the UK
"Promotional Agency of the Year" award from MCCA (Marketing Communication
Consultants Association) in 2001.
