Terms & Conditions – Honda Motorcycle Service Campaign. 1. Information on how to enter and prize form part of these conditions of entry. 2. Entry is via having a legitimate Honda two or four wheel motorcycle serviced or repaired (excluding warranty repairs) at an authorised Honda Motorcycle dealer. This excludes grey or imported models not legitimised or recognised as imported by Honda Australia Motorcycle and Power Equipment Pty Ltd. To qualify the workshop must use 100% Honda Genuine Parts, Accessories and Oil. (This excludes parts not sold by Honda Australia Motorcycle and Power Equipment Pty Ltd such as tyres or batteries.) Honda dealers are required to validate and legitimise via signature the customer’s entry form, and record model number and VIN number of serviced entry on the customer’s entry form. Customer fills in contact details, attaches copy of dealer service invoice and posts to Honda MPE. Entry forms are available from Honda dealer service centres - one entry per job, multiple jobs allowed per customer. The motorcycle must be registered to the person claiming the prize. Honda reserves the right to confirm ownership. 3. Promotion commences 1 December 2006 and closes at 5.00pm on 31 March 2007. 4. The draw will take place at 12 noon in Melbourne at Honda MPE 1954-1956 Hume Highway, Campbellfield, Victoria 3061 on 17 April 2007. All winners will be notified by phone call, mail and their names published in The Australian on 20 April 2007. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 5. The first drawn entry will win a Honda JAZZ GLi 5 speed manual valued at $15,990 inc GST. The prize includes on-road costs and dealer delivery charges. Total value up to $17,500 due to variable government, state and dealer charges. 6. Prize will be available from an appropriate (or nominated) Honda dealer, and will include on-road and dealer delivery charges. Honda MPE will discuss with prize winner appropriate Jazz GLi colour and delivery lead time based on stock availability. Honda MPE or its agents are not responsible for transport costs ex dealerships to the prize recipient’s address. 7. Entry is open to residents of Australia only who are over 18 years of age. 8. Employees of the promoter, its associated companies, franchise dealers and associated employees, government bodies, agencies and their families are ineligible to enter. 9. The promoters accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize offered. 10. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash. 11. The promoters accept no responsibility for any misdirected or lost entries or entries not received by the closing date. 12. In the event of any unclaimed prize after three months disposal may be made subject to any written directions given under Reg. 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations, 1993 (SA).
