									      Conduct of Personality Development Modules for Executive Trainees

Every year NTPC recruits Executive trainees in the field of Engineering, HR and
Finance etc. These ETs are either fresh from colleges or having a little experience.
To align with organizational culture and goals, these ETs undergo 52 weeks
training at various locations of NTPC i.e. Employee Development Centers .This 52
week training comprises of General management modules, Discipline specific
modules and Personality Development modules.

While the first two modules are conducted by faculties from within NTPC, the 3rd
module i.e. Personality Development Module is outsourced.

The Personality Development Module comprises of following programmes

         1. Budding Managers

         2. N LP workshop

         3. Outbound training

         4. Theater workshop

Theater workshop is conducted by National School of Drama and for rest of the 3
programmes, it has been decided to conduct these programmes through
experienced consultants/training establishments in the field from amongst pool of
such experts.

The programmes are to be conducted as per the templates/deliverables attached.
Consultants/Training establishments are invited to interact with panel of faculties
in this field at PMI and for the same please bring a brief presentation of about 15
mins duration about the establishment, proposed delivery mode for the programme
and financial implications involved.
Kindly note these programmes are to be conducted at different locations/Projects
of NTPC where ETs are undergoing their class room training (list enclosed).The
group size for each programme may vary from 20 ETs to 40 ETs Outbound
training programmes are to be conducted at suitable locations distant by up to 10
hrs journey from projects/locations. The conduct of programmes will be distributed
amongst the empanelled consultant as per the recommendation of faculties at PMI.
Further please note that ETs are to be evaluated for their learning from the
programme and this evaluation will be carried by the consultant’s faculty towards
the end of the programme and handed over to EDC in-charge there.
