							                     Customer Service Desk Representative
Rate:          $11.50 per hour
Hours:         Part-time, 5-10 hours per week.

Description:
               PRISM is a student-managed organization providing technical resources
               and training to SBE students. Reporting to the VP of Customer Service,
               representatives are responsible for proactively delivering outstanding first-
               level technical support and customer service to PRISM members.

               Specific duties include but are not limited to: answering in-person,
               telephone, and e-mail inquiries; signing out equipment for loan to
               members; tracking member inquiries/requests, resource usage, and
               inventory; re-imaging laptops; monitoring labs for security purposes;
               ensuring cleanliness in all PRISM areas; and proactively
               educating/informing members on topics and PRISM developments as
               required. The individual should have the potential for growth within
               PRISM Laurier.

              The successful applicants will be highly motivated with the following

                       Practical working experience with the hardware and software
                          offered by PRISM
                       Ability to work independently and as part of a team
                       Excellent organizational and time management skills
                       Previous work experience in a customer service oriented
                          environment
                       Previous teaching or tutoring experience an asset
