							POSITION TITLE: Senior Corporate Health Professional LAST UPDATE: April 2006 REPORTS TO: Business Manager / Regional Manager

POSITION SUMMARY: To support the designated Konekt business unit by monitoring corporate health service delivery, providing training and development opportunities for corporate health staff, maintaining existing customer relationships, developing new customer relationships, and providing technical expertise where appropriate.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Discipline specific services and assessments o Manage a small team of corporate health professionals inclusive of GP’s and Dieticians o Implement Quality Assurance measures to ensure excellence in service quality o Conduct standard exercise testing protocol as required Customer relations o Establish rapport with key parties and secure their commitment to the related Konekt process/es o Meet and maintain Konekt client service standards o Build relationships with referring clients by providing excellent and consistent service quality o Ensure accurate client billing for time worked on case management/injury management o Achieve a minimum of 80% client satisfaction rating Business development o Manage relationship with specified clients to extend current business and to create advocates for Konekt. o Conduct business development activities to generate and cross sell new business as per business plan Quality o o o o o o o  EEO o

Create and maintain comprehensive records, reflecting all activities Create concise, accurate and timely documentation Adhere to evidence based Konekt bench marks Direct and monitor the quality of work, and ensure cost effective use of task providers Meet relevant Konekt accreditation standards and contract requirements for example, reporting, return to work, average costs, duration and critical indicators. Participate in regular reviews of individual work tasks Comply 100% with Konektiva program

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Education & Experience: o A bachelor’s degree required in Human Movement, Exercise Science or allied health field o Experience in Corporate Health Services and specialized assessments desirable

Technical Knowledge & Skills:  Discipline relevant professional knowledge and skills  Knowledge of stakeholder relationships in corporate health  Problem solving and decision making skills  Ability to work independently  Client service skills.  Excellent written and spoken English.  Team working skills.  High level personal organizational skills  Ability to manage and resolve complaint issues  Understands the commercial framework of the business  A general understanding of and commitment to the application of EEO and OH&S legislations, policies and procedures.
