Credit Policy Cash, checks, and credit cards are acceptable forms of payment. No credit other than credit cards can be used to purchase the salesperson and broker pre-license courses. Grading/Final Examinations/Quizzes A minimum of 60% is required to pass each course. If the student does not pass the exam on the first try, he or she can make a second attempt at a fee of $25. The student may have to wait an additional 18 days. All final examinations for salesperson and broker pre-licenses courses are multiple-choice and have 100 questions. The student has 3 hours to complete the final examination for a salesperson and broker pre-license course. For internet testing, the final exam will automatically time out at the end of the allotted period of time. The final exam is not printable or downloadable. You will receive a summary/confirmation sheet when the test is completed, this page will be sent to the school automatically to Accredited Real Estate Schools Southern California. Please do not call the school for your results; this will cause a delay in processing. There are self study quizzes at the end of every chapter. * Computer Applications in Real Estate will have T/F quizzes, assignments and a final exam. All coursework will be done on a computer and submitted online.

Course Completion Certificate Course completion certificates will be hand delivered or mailed within five business days of completion of registered courses. Certificates may be faxed for an additional fee of $3 per certificate. Internet When courses are ordered via the internet, we prefer students to take their exams online. If you prefer to have your exam proctored please see examination information sheet for fees. Records The school maintains a database of all students who enroll and /or complete salesperson and broker prelicense education courses. Call the school for a duplicate copy of your certificate (a small fee will be charged). Student record will be maintained indefinitely.
