2.1 Research Sample
The first group:
to select 16 (23) from 97 enterprises in the information industry, which are made as the key super enterprises by economy and trade committee of Sichuan province in 2001

The second group:
The first 20 from 100 better enterprises in the information industry, which are publicized by information industry ministry in 2003

The third group:
The first 20 from top 500 enterprises in the information industry, which are chosen by the Fortune magazine in 2003

2.2 Data Analysis
Expert benchmarking for every index.
we chose ten domain experts, each expert scores the 56 enterprises, and the average value of expert marking is obtained.

The score of single index of the three samples is the average value of the index of all enterprises in each group.

its support effect to eBiz is very limited .

Website works independently, and its main content is to introduce products and services of enterprise. The media function of Internet, and don’t achieve exchange with clients. The support effect is limited to advertisement.

The above results show that :
The top 500 enterprises mostly have founded on-line trade system and have achieved high eBiz level. . The information industry of the Chinese advanced enterprises are stronger than those in Sichuan in the aspects of information content, some Chinese enterprises have established on-line trade system and total solution of eBiz. The building level of eBiz website in Sichuan has fall behind that of Chinese advanced enterprises and world. Most enterprises belong to the first or second level, some one have not yet build their own website, so enterprises in Sichuan should strengthen the build of website and the function of online trade and contact with customers.

Conclusions
The findings show that the implementation level of enterprise’s website in Sichuan is still low, so it is critical to reinforce the buildup of website and matching establishment and to accelerate the development and application of enterprise’s eBiz in Sichuan.
