      WANTED – COMPANY SECRETARY ON RETAINER BASIS

A Government of Karnataka Enterprise would like to engage the services
of a qualified company secretary on “retainer basis” to assist and advice
the company in matters relating to Companies Act, Filing of Statutory
Returns, giving replies to statutory as well as C&AG auditors, advising the
company in matters relating to investments, joint ventures, tendering
process etc. The candidate should be a member of Institute of Company
Secretaries of India (ICSI) with a minimum of 15-20 years experience in
the relevant field and should have exposure and well versed with public
sector Government Companies.
