Due to a change in the monthly back-end maintenance dates, users will not be able to view the Service Order Detail of UNE/Loop service orders until 6:00 p.m. on the listed dates below. February 1, 2002 March 3, 2002 April 7, 2002 April 21, 2002 May 5, 2002 May 19, 2002 June 2, 2002 July 7, 2002 August 18, 2002 September 8, 2002 October 6, 2002 November 3, 2002 December 8, 2002 Due to a change in the quarterly back-end maintenance schedule, users will not be able to view the Service Order Detail of UNE/Loop service orders on the listed dates below. January 19, 2002 January 20, 2002 March 17, 2002 June 16, 2002 August 3, 2002 August 4, 2002 September 22, 2002 All other Order Status Pending functionality (UNE/Loop Service Order List, Resale Service Order List and Resale Service Order Detail) will still be available during the normal hours of operation. The back- end maintenance does not impact any of the other pre-order functions (Address Validation, Loop Qual, etc.).
