Fastest growing manufacturer SUPERB Industries promotes Rudy Heize to Vice President of Sales and Marketing. SUPERB is an example that with the right tools, the right team, and the right strategy, the tangible manufacture of goods can still be done successfully in the heartland of America
Sugarcreek, Ohio (PRWEB) January 2, 2010 -- Rudy Heinze has been promoted to Vice President of Technical Sales and Marketing at SUPERB Industries, Inc., headquartered at 330 Third Street NW, Sugarcreek, Ohio. Mr. Heinze served as the company’s manager of technical sales working out of SUPERB’ Detroit based technical sales office since joining the company in April 2008. He began his career as a hands on journeyman tool and die maker after his apprenticeship at the prestigious Ernst Leitz GmbH in Germany, which is known for its precision and its manufacturing of LEICA cameras. “Rudy has the rare combination of being both a technical and sales professional,” said John Miller, President of SUPERB, “He understands the technical advantages SUPERB can offer customers and his sales experience gives him the ability to take those advantages to new markets.” Born in East Germany, Heinze’s parents fled to West Germany in 1955. After immigrating to the United States, Rudy worked his way up from hands on tool making to executive vice president of technical sales and marketing. He has developed and managed sales and marketing teams for manufacturers large and small in the United States and Canada. He also and spent eight years back in Germany where he opened and managed a sales office. “I am honored to be part of a truly SUPERB team of technical professionals,” said Heinze, “SUPERB offers customers key advantages in innovation, cost and quality. The problem has been that only a few customers know about SUPERB nestled away in the Little Switzerland of Ohio. My purpose is to change that by taking the good news about SUPERB to the world.” Mr. Heinze will continue to manage the Detroit Area Technical Sales Office while splitting his time calling on customers and working out of SUPERB’s Sugarcreek, Ohio office as he develops and directs SUPERB’s sales and marketing team. SUPERB Industries, Inc. (www.superbindustries.com) is a high volume manufacturer of complex metal and plastic components with customers in the USA, Canada, Europe and China. Recognized as an Inc. 5000 company, SUPERB is one of the fastest growing manufactures in Ohio. SUPERB has been named preferred supplier by companies like EMERSON and continues to grow its business utilizing high-speed near-net-shape manufacturing methodology that has enabled it to be competitive globally. “SUPERB is an example that with the right tools, the right team, and the right strategy, the tangible manufacture of goods can still be done successfully in the heartland of America,” Miller said, “I am passionate about manufacturing because our middle class quality of life depends on it. We must take steel and build cars; clay and make bricks; wood and build homes or we will become a service economy in which we will pour the tea and coffee for the people that do.”
